Sign-up as a Property Seller or as a Site Member.

Use the above link to sign-up as a Direct Property Seller. Sign-up is free and instantaneous. Once you have signed up you can immediately list properties for sale. Note: Although you can list, the new listings will not be visible to other users until they have been checked by a site administrator. This will normally be within one or two working days.

This sign-up as a Property Seller is only available to private sellers and sellers that are selling their own property. It is not available to Real Estate Agents where they are acting as an agent for the property owner.

Sign-up as a Member

Use the above link to sign-up as a Website Member. This is free for any user of the website and membership is instantaneous. There is no need to become a member in order to look at the properties or to purchase a property but signing up as a member has the following advantages.

Members are able to bookmark properties they are interested in and the website will record and remember the bookmarks

Members are able to receive our newsletter containing specials and happenings relating to Direct Property Sales. Note: The newsletters will not be sent more than 12 times per year. We will not give out your email address to anyone else other than with your permission.
